  Please note that the Spa must fit through your garden gates etc, please call if unsure.  

 The 5 Seater Spa  is  76" x 30" and can be put on edge and rolled

 The 6 Seater Spa can only be installed where suitable access is available 78" Wide x 36"high

  and can only be rolled very short distances

 We do not go up stairs, unless it has been arranged prior to booking,please take into account the sizes when thinking about booking

If we do deliver and find that access is not possible we will charge delivery and 1/3rd the rental cost

We can fill the spas with hot water if you have a suitable water boiler (combi)

this means that the spa can be used straight away

What is the electricity consumption?
5 kw per day.

How much will a Hot Tub cost to run?
Less than 80 pence per day.

How much will the cleaning chemicals cost ?
Free they are included in the hire.

What electrical supply is required?
13 Amp, standard household supply.

Do all the tubs have an RCD (Residual current detector) fitted as standard?

Yes all hot tubs supplied come with a 13 milliamp rcd as standard.

What is the weight of a Hot Tub empty?
Around 120 - 150 kg.

What is the weight of a Hot Tub full?
Less than 1300 kg for the 1000 ltr capacity models and less than 1800 kg for the 1500 ltr larger hot tubs.

What distributed load is required for a patio or deck?
Min. 320 kg/m2 (66 lb/sq.ft) for the smaller 1000 ltr pools and Min. 450 kg/m2 (92 lb/sq.ft) for the larger 1500 ltr hot tubs

Will the spa fit through a door?
It depends; the smaller models may.

Do I need to have water connected all the time?
No. Just fill form a garden hose and top up as required. We recommend to change the water every 3 months or sooner as you like.

Can I install my spa in a conservatory or spa enclosure?
Yes. Please call  us for more information.

Can I use the spa immediately after I apply the first dose of chemicals?
No. You must wait for 12 hrs after first applying the chlorine. It will need this time to heat–up from cold anyway.

What maintenance is required and how long does it take?
10 minutes a day just to check that everything is running ok and the water level is correct, if the temperature has dropped then it may be necessary to remove and clean the filter (consult the manual or call for assistance)

How long does the filter last?
This is dependent on usage of the spa , but we do find that if used correctly the filter will easily last the duration of the rental period. However we will run through how to clean the filter.

How are chemicals introduced to the spa?
After testing the water (e.g. with tester strip) any relevant  chemicals are simply sprinkled in the pool, we will also supply a dispenser that has a slow dissolving chlorine tablet to maintain the level of chlorine.
How much space will you need?

We will need 3m x 3m (10' x 10,)
